有时，隔了一两个星期，几十个字的一篇短文才“磨“出来。其实也不是没有东西可写，懒也不算是个理由；脑海里有好些灵感，但只是让它昙花一现。其实，应该是少了那一份恒心，缺乏那一种决心。也是这样，写出来的东西干巴巴，没有灵魂，只有躯壳。好沮丧

According to my friend, who is currently going through some job interview, a test using DISC was given to the candidates by most of the companies. The test is to ask you to select the most exact word to describe yourself. Well, it s like a SAT English test too, keke.
I am interested in it, so I did some search on the Internet, but there is only introduction and marketing on this--no sample test. Becos it is not free. But there is a book on this--Emotions of Normal People, by W. Marston.
So, what are DISC? 'D'--Dominance; 'I'--Influence; 'C'--Compliance; 'S'--Steadiness.
How is your DISC profile like? What kind of people are you? You may want to do a DISC test, but it is not free; or you need to go for a job interview(but the company will not tell you your profile graph).
However, there may be way to know others' personality. How, read their blogs!
5月23日 "今天才星期二......" 今天一早在mrt station 遇到同事，他便叹气说："今天才星期二， 我怎么觉得今天是星期五？" “对啊，我也觉得今天好像是星期四。" 我的另一个同伴说。后来我们想想，认为这是因为我们周末都回来工作的缘故。
到了电梯里，这位同事半眯着眼，长长叹了口气。看着他的无奈，我终于忍不住，笑他说：“你才工作一两年，以后还要做大半辈子哦。" 他一听，立即反驳：“我会提前退休！"

The good things about working on Saturday---You feel that the office looks bigger, and you can wear whatever you like to work, jeans, yeah!

I think that purple is a outstanding colour, which excits me. I also see it as a colour that represents power and authority. But, sometimes, it may brings pains and sorrow. Well, these are just what I feel about purple. Let me check it out its true meaning--

Using Purple: Deep or bright purples suggest riches while lighter purples are more romantic and delicate. Use redder purples for a warmer color scheme or the bluer purples to cool down.
